Important Ticket Purchase Instructions

1. Ticketing Platform
Srishti is using Zeffy, a third-party ticketing platform, to sell tickets for this event. Zeffy is a free fundraising platform for non-profit organizations and allows Srishti to keep 100% of the funds raised.

2. Ticket Categories and Seating
* Tickets are available in two categories: Premium and Standard.
* ⁠Please refer to the auditorium seat map on the Zeffy event page to view the Premium and Standard seating areas.
* ⁠Tickets include assigned seating areas, but individual seat numbers will not be assigned.

3. Meal Options
* Each Premium ticket includes one complimentary dinner box.
* ⁠Premium buyers may choose either a complimentary vegetarian or non-vegetarian dinner box.
* ⁠Premium buyers may also purchase additional dinner boxes from the catalog.
* ⁠Standard tickets include seats only and do not include meals.
* ⁠Standard ticket buyers may purchase dinner boxes separately from the catalog.

4. Member Pricing and Credits
* Members will pay the full price for Premium or Standard tickets at the time of purchase.
* During membership renewal for the October 2026–September 2027 year, members will receive a $25 credit for each Standard ticket purchased, up to the maximum number of tickets allowed by their membership category.
* For example, a family membership package of four may receive credits for up to four Standard tickets: $100 for four tickets, $75 for three tickets, $50 for two tickets, or $25 for one ticket.
* ⁠No member discounts or credits are available for Premium tickets at this time.

5. Zeffy Contribution Option
Zeffy is funded by optional contributions from donors and does not charge platform or transaction fees to non-profit organizations.
On the checkout page, Zeffy adds an optional contribution by default. Buyers may change this amount before completing payment.

6. Final Sales Policy
All ticket sales and donations made through Zeffy are final.
